Conditions of purchase




We will treat orders within 1-4 working days and you will have the purchased item within 2-8 working days. 

Prices
The prices on the site are retail prices, taxes included. All orders placed on the site for delivery outside Sweden may be subjected to taxes and custom duties at the destination point. The buyer is responsible for all such costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total due according to shipping method chosen.

Delivery
Shipping costs will depend on where you want your order delivered and the weight of the order. HOPE declines any liabilty in delivery due to unforseen events caused by postal service or the express carrier. HOPE will not be held responsible for delay caused by unobtained authorizations from credit card companies. In case of loss or damage during delivery the buyer must send a detailed complaint to HOPE.

Orders outside of Sweden will be managed by UPS. Please note that the goods must be signed by you upon delivery. When logged in you have the option to add a daytime delivery address, such as a work address, as UPS usually operates between 08.00 - 18.00 business days.

Exchange
Items can be exchanged and returned within 14 days of the date of delivery by sending them back in perfect condition in their original wrappings along with accessories and your original invoice. Please note that shipping charges of refunds or exchanges of garments are at the customerīs expense. HOPE will only accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and which are returned with their labels and tags intact. Refund
In case of exchange of goods or defective item store credit will be valid after goods have been returned and if the stated conditions are fulfilled.
